We’re excited to have managed everything from the decor and production to the on-site team for this ZA Bank x Lin Heung Tea House crossover! Our goal was to turn this 100-year-old landmark into a fun, high-tech space.

By mixing ZA’s digital energy with ”Century-Old“ traditional flavors, we brought every detail to life—including 本土懷舊 (local nostalgia) murals and the giant Zappy & Alfie. It’s a true celebration of Hong Kong’s local culture and modern tech, right in the heart of Central!
